In order to ensure that there is a quality experience, please take a moment to review our Terms of Service.
  • Production Time                               
All items are made to order. Production time and Alteration Services take up to 2 weeks not including weekends or U.S holiday's. Custom orders take approximately 3-4 weeks to process and complete. 
For quick turn around requests, there will be a rush fee of $20 per article of clothing. 
  • Returns
We gladly accept cancellations. Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. We don't accept returns or exchanges due to health and hygiene. 
We don’t offer refunds. Only store Credit. 
We typically incorporate extra room for adjustments in most garments. If you’re not completely satisfied with the appearance of your garment, we are more than willing to make modifications to ensure it fits precisely to your preferences.
We are committed to your satisfaction, and if you are not completely happy with our tailoring or alteration service, we will make the necessary adjustments free of charge to ensure your complete satisfaction
  •  Alteration Consultation Procedure & Timeline
We require two alteration sessions. Keep in mind that how the clothing article is constructed, (the amount of fabric, lace, letting-in, taking out, adjusting straps) and overall amount of alterations desired, all impact the price.
For wedding parties, we recommend being fitted 8 weeks in advance and 1-2 weeks in advance for regular articles of clothing. This timeline ensures that there is enough time for further changes, if needed.
  •   Payment Options

There is a $25 non refundable deposit required in order to book your appointment. 

Deposits are non-refundable.

Remaining balance is due the day of service.  We accept Zelle or Cash Only.
  •   Policies
No meet-ups. We’re closed on Sunday’s.
We offer Shipping & Pick-Up’s only. After 15 minutes, we’ll have to cancel the appointment.
 
In an instance that you have to reschedule, please check your confirmation email to reschedule, at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Otherwise,the deposit will be lost. 
No extra people allowed.
  •   Cancellations
 Please advise of cancellation 48 hrs prior to appointment. 
No call - No Show means No Future Appointments.
  •  Orders
 Your order begins processing 24 hrs after a payment has been made. If there is no payment, we’ll have to return the item.
 Please review listings and/ or invoices to ensure everything is correct.
 Orders must be placed on the website or via email.
 
  •  Shipping
When you place an order you will receive an email. Once your item has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. In the email you will find your tracking number. Please double check your email at checkout, this is how we are able to give you updates and answer any concerns about your order. Please provide the correct mailing address, once the order is completed we are not able to fix any errors. USPS Priority Shipping is usually 1-5 business days, 1-2 business days for local orders. Once the order leaves our possession we can not be held responsible for shipping times. 
Please note that we may print your packaging slip and shipping label before we actually ship out your product to help keep us organized. However, it may take a day or two to actually see your package move on the tracking system. Please be patient while we prepare your package for shipment. 
  • Car seat cover Care
Car seat Covers Can be placed in washing machine on gentle/cold and hang or lay flat to dry. Tumble on low heat to remove wrinkles. Ironing is safe.
